Highly recommended!!! Amazing service! We are so happy with our new AC units. Right of the bat Susie was so kind and helpful in determining what type of AC we needed for our apartment. She was thorough and knowledgeable in advising size, unit and brand. She was also accommodative in getting the units installed ASAP (like the very next day). From beginning to end, I had a great experience with North Pole Cooling Corp. They are licensed to install air conditioners safely in NYC and my apartment building recommended them. The woman I spoke with over the phone was very polite and friendly, and she squeezed me in for an air conditioner installation the next day. Jose and Josh came by with smiles and all of their supplies, installed my air conditioner beautifully, and left the place spotless. They were professional and courteous, and I have 0 complaints! My apt is nice and cool, for the same price range of installation quotes I received from other companies! Thanks!
Highly recommended. Honest and first rate. Jason’s Friedrich window air conditioner recommendations were exactly right for form and function. His focus was on client satisfaction, not on trying to maximize his profit. He came with Angelo to measure the windows, and it was Angelo and a colleague who arrived on time and did a clean installation of each unit, and worked to ensure the airflow directions were as required. We look forward to storing our units with them next fall.
North Pole Cooling Corp did a wonderful job installing my ac. For setting up the appointment, Jason was extremely prompt and flexible with working around my schedule to install the ac asap. We provided our own AC and Jason quoted me a price better/comparable to Home Depot’s independent contractors. While others make you buy the window bracket, they include it in their install price.
For the install, Jose and Josh were fantastic. They were quick, friendly, professional and extremely efficient. They were in an out of the apartment in les than 30min and did a great job with the install. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
Incredible service, gracious demeanor, these guys are the best. I asked for a spring power cleaning and they even replaced the broken plastic container inside that holds it all together and and the front grillwork. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Very responsive (day and night, weekdays and weekends) and competent. Our heating issues were pretty complex and urgent, but they got the job done. Best experience we’ve had with electricians/contractors generally in Brooklyn.
